Customer Service Specialists manage the front desk of the salon. This includes, most importantly, providing exceptional customer service to salon guests/clients. You will answer phones, make appointments, check clients in/out, assist clients with product and package needs and communicate with salon professionals. Associate Stylists are either just starting in the salon industry or are stylists looking for a “refresh” in their career. Our associates work closely with one, experienced stylist/educator. They learn hands on and have the opportunity to bring their own clients. When clear and specific markers are met, they advance out of the associate program and begin “working on the floor” to build their clientele and career. We offer technical education in skills, product knowledge and business development. We love seeing individuals grow through our program and develop successful careers in our salon and industry.
