3. Employment Eligibility

Provide valid professional licenses or certifications required for the position (e.g., cosmetology license, massage therapy license, esthetics license, etc.).
Maintain all required licenses and certifications in good standing throughout your employment or lease term.
4. Background and Reference Checks
You acknowledge that Thairapie Salon may, to the extent permitted by law:
Verify your employment history and references.
Conduct background checks where legally permitted and relevant to the position.
Verify professional licenses and certifications.
Your application submission constitutes consent to such verification, where applicable.
5. Independent Contractor / Lease Positions
For lease stylist or other independent contractor roles:
Submission of this application does not create an employer-employee relationship.
If selected, you may be required to enter into a separate Independent Contractor or Booth Rental Agreement outlining terms, responsibilities, fees, and operational guidelines.
You understand that lease professionals are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and licensing unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
6. At-Will Employment (If Applicable)
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement signed by both you and an authorized representative of Thairapie Salon:
Employment with the Salon is “at-will.”
Either you or the Salon may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, subject to applicable law.
7. No Guarantee of Employment
Submission of this application:
Does not guarantee an interview.
Does not guarantee employment.
Does not create a contract of employment.
Only a written agreement signed by both parties may create contractual obligations.
8. Confidentiality of Application Information
Information submitted through this application:
Will be used solely for employment consideration purposes.
May be shared internally with management involved in hiring decisions.
